Jedna \u0161olja ujutru je deo svakodnevnog rituala.<\/p>\n<p>Postoje brojne studije u kojima su prou\u010davani efekti kafe. Mi\u0161ljenja se dosta razlikuju. Kafa mo\u017ee imati pozitivna kao i negativna svojstva. Pijemo kafu jer nas \u010dini budnim i produktivnim, jer predivno miri\u0161e i ima divan ukus.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>Negativni efekti se definitivno javljaju ako preterujemo sa konzumiranjem kafe. I razlikuju se za svaku osobu. Za neke ljude je jedna \u0161oljica dnevno dobra, za neke tri, ali ima i onih koji jednostavno ne vole miris ili ukus kafe. Ispijanje kafe mo\u017ee da o\u0161teti \u017eeludac i to je obi\u010dno slu\u010daj kada se zrna kafe pr\u017ee brzo i na veoma visokim temperaturama. Kafa tako\u0111e mo\u017ee da sadr\u017ei magnezijum. Barbara Beker pi\u0161e u svojoj knjizi <em>\"Samo pet dana\"<\/em>, da <em>pravi ljubitelji kafe koji konzumiraju tri do \u010detiri \u0161oljice dnevno imaju manji rizik od dijabetesa tipa-2 ili kardiovaskularnih bolesti.<\/em>Ona pi\u0161e, da <em><em>Konzumiranje kafe blagotvorno deluje na um, \u0161titi od mentalnog pada, poma\u017ee u mr\u0161avljenju, jer deluje kao apetitna ko\u010dnica i potpoma\u017ee sagorevanje masti, kao i zdravlje jetre.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n<p>S druge strane, jasno je da tanini koji se nalaze u kafi mogu da smanje apsorpciju gvo\u017e\u0111a, cinka i kalcijuma iz hrane. Crni i zeleni \u010daj imaju isti efekat. Stoga bi imalo smisla suzdr\u017eavati se od kafe nakon jela bogatim gvo\u017e\u0111em, naro\u010dito ako imate nedostatak gvo\u017e\u0111a.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div dir=\"auto\">\n<p>Kafu nije preporu\u010dljivo piti uve\u010de. Dok telo ponovo ne razgradi polovinu kofeina, potrebno je oko pet sati.<\/p>\n<p>Nau\u010diti slu\u0161ati sopstveno telo je veoma va\u017eno.
